The ESE concept attracted seed funding from Government and Private/Foundation sources and this was used to found, establish and develop three business units:

Exceed P&O – independent private clinics in the Philippines and Sri Lanka offering customers ‘high end’ P&O devices and services.

Modern Services Clinic (MSC), Cambodia – this unique service is operated in partnership with Cambodian Government agencies and is embedded in the country’s health system. MSC works alongside an Exceed-managed free services clinic in Phnom Penh. It offers people who attend the free services clinic the choice of purchasing more sophisticated devices and services, with profits used to support and develop the services offered by the free clinic.

Exceed Supply and Distribution – this regional business addresses supply chain weaknesses by supplying and distributing P&O materials and components at fair prices.
