2004 SOLIDARITE CENTRAL CHARITY FUND AWARD
An award voted for by the stagiaires (trainees) of the European Commission. Exceed (then The Cambodia Trust) was nominated by supporter and former stagiaire Gerard Horgan, and was one of forty NGOs considered for the 10,000 euro award. The prize fund was used to help disadvantaged disabled children to attend school.
2002 AGFUND INTERNATIONAL PRIZE FOR PIONEERING PROJECTS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
Exceed (then The Cambodia Trust) won this prestigious award in the category: Rehabilitation and Integration of People with Special Needs. The Trust was nominated by the Disability Action Council of Cambodia. The $100,000 award and trophy were presented to Executive Director Carson Harte in a ceremony at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
2000 GOLD AWARD FOR HUMANITARIAN DEVELOPMENT
This honour from the Royal Cambodian Government was presented to Chief Executive Carson Harte in recognition of his achievements in improving the lives of people with disabilities in the country.
